Watermeadow View takes it name from its beautiful outlook over the adjacent Lower Meadow, where a herd of South Devon cattle graze during the summer. Three inspiring, individual homes have been built by talented local tradesman who have a passion for what they do, resulting in a first-class finish.
We have created 3 houses, one detached and two semi-detached, with as many natural materials as possible. The traditional style with a contemporary feel is achieved with an open plan kitchen/dining room. Mezzanines, large patio areas and velux windows ensure a feeling of expansive space and light.
Stunning solid oak conservatories by Prime Oak (the largest oak frame builders in the country) are to the rear of the houses, while in view from the front, the rustic quartz brick paviours provide a beautiful traditional cobbled look. Balconies of oak and glass by Neville Johnson enhance the contemporary and yet natural feel of the houses.
Well insulated and with air-source heat, underfloor heating, solar panels (on the garages) and LED lights, these houses will be warm and yet eco-friendly and economical to run.
